Desde GTJ trabajamos constantemente para proporcionarte tranquilidad en la gestión de tu propiedad o de tu comunidad. Nos encargamos de la gestión económica, velando en todo momento por los intereses de los propietarios. Para ello preparamos el plan de gastos e ingresos de la comunidad; Realizamos la gestión de cobros y realizamos las labores de ejecución y cumplimiento de los acuerdos adoptados en materia de obras, efectuando los correspondientes pagos de las mismas. Actuamos como secretario de la Junta, custodiando la documentación.
Además, mantenemos un asesoramiento constante a la comunidad colaborando permanente con el presidente, llevando el control de proveedores. A través de nuestro departamento de seguros, damos cuenta de siniestros a las compañías de seguros. Mediante el departamento laboral desde GTJ nos ocupamos de las relaciones laborales con los empleados de la finca, buscando las modalidades contractuales más beneficiosas, practicando las liquidaciones de la Seguridad Social y las que tributariamente procedan; llevando una adecuada contabilidad; controlando la morosidad; y velando por el mantenimiento de la convivencia entre los vecinos de la comunidad.
